About Our Team

We require that every trainer has a minimum of 5 years of hands on, practical experience and holds at least one certification from a leading training organization such as the National Strength and Conditioning Association (of America), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (USA) and American Council on Exercise (ACE).  In addition, many of our trainers are current or former trainers from some of the most Prestigious fitness clubs (Equinox, Life Fitness, etc.) in the Austin area.
