I've combined Three of the most popular and scientifically proven ways to get in kids In Shape: Endurance (running) + Strength + conditioning. It's an affordable, effective, and easy way to keep kids healthy all year round?
The program incorporates dynamic warm-ups to start, running drills, strength training, and Conditioning drills. to complete the workout we Stretch to improve overall health and fitness. Regardless of a kid's level or ability, this program introduces basic concepts of a variety of different sports and Athletic drills in a safe, non-competitive environment. Classes Are At The Belterra Retreat/ Splash Pad (Prescott Dr And Mesa Verde Dr)
