Our program incorporates dynamic warm-ups, running intervals, sports drills, and strength training. to finish we stretch to improve sports/activity performance, minimize post-workout soreness and to decrease the risk of injury. From novice to advance, the goal of each class is to provide the best and most effective full-body workout in a positive, safe, and motivating group atmosphere in the most beloved and breathtaking outdoor locations in Belterra, Texas in Dripping Springs.
How it works
The Class is a hybrid of the normal classes that you take because we fuse several key fitness elements together to create the ultimate workout class with science to back it up. What is even more exciting get to train in our Beautiful Neighborhood in Belterra. Take a break from indoor classes and Have your kids come workout in the great outdoors. Classes are at the Belterra Retreat/ Splash Pad (Prescott Dr and Mesa Verde Dr)
